Stainless Steel Exhaust Flex Pipe

We first used a flex pipe on our Solex 67 2000 24 years ago and have been happy ever since! Stainless steel construction allows movement of the motor while the exhaust stays rigid and undisturbed

Our flex pipe, pictured on the blue back round, is longer and wider/NOT restrictive unlike the generic, (short) flex pipe pictured which is similar to what other vendors are selling on the white back round.

Our flex pipe diffuses the exhaust pulse that can be hard on welds in the exhaust system

Flange is precision laser cut. Save all those expensive parts from excessive strain and harmonics. Click here, to view the gasket that goes with this part.

Stainless braided area of the pipe measures 3 inches O.D. The I.D. of exist port of the pipe is 2 inches. Overall length is 8 1/2 inches.

After market replica U20 oil pump. This pump is higher volume than the 1500/1600 oil pump.
Same company makes after market oil pumps for Toyota, Nissan & Honda. This reputable company sells tens of thousands of pumps each year that are distributed all over the planet. They have a TS16949 designation; International quality certification and use CMM technology, Taiwan not Chinese, based company.

Almost 1/2 less in price then pumps being offered on the net.

IHM CO. has provided a laboratory test conformity report, included with the pump, comparing flow, pressure etc. between a New Nissan pump and the Aftermarket pump. Other pumps being sold on the net were not tested and are not marked as such.

U20 oil pump is a more higher volume pump than the 1600 oil pump. Very hard to find. Comes in a sealed Nissan box Part# 15010-25501. This is the genuine article sealed and pristine in the original packaging.

This pump fits the 63-67 3-main 1500 & 1600 engine correctly: Much better than the cast iron pump that had a smaller bearing, was prone to early failure and that is God awful expensive.
Factory cast iron pumps have been out of production for 10 years and sell from $309.00 to $359.00 and for that you get dried up seals and no warranty from Nissan and no replacements.

We had NPW of Japan make 100 water pumps with the shafts shorter and the lower casting area machined so this aluminum water pump mounts up the same as your early water pump. Since they performed these modifications the warranty, if ever to arise, will be honored. Water pumps being sold by other vendors that are modified without the express permission of the manufacturer would consider changes to their water pump as tampering and no warranty would be extended to them if a problem were ever to arise.

Shaft does not protrude thru the metal 4-blade fan - no need to drill your OEM metal fan.

Comes with replacement bolts and lock washers to secure the fan

Short stud mount for early 3-main 1500's and 1600's

65 - 70 1600/2000 Stainless steel brake hose set. Upgrade from the original rubber hose set. See part # 1533 for rubber hoses. Comes with new sealing washers. Correct hex for indexing to the star holder on the bracket on the frame. Hex will not rotate when tightened. Necessary and important component to keep the lines away from moving suspension parts like coil springs. 68 - 70 1600 Water pump. Brand new without nipple.

NOT rebuilt with parts from an old pump. Vendors re-using old flanges comes off really low budget and cheap and doesn't follow shaft/flange class fitting procedures that professional water rebuilders use for proper interference fit of these parts. Add another $18.00 to return your old pump ends up being not such a good deal.
No stamped steel impellers prone to cavitation. Our pumps only have cast iron impellers and are made by the same company that makes Nissan water pumps.

NOTE: Be sure add to your water pump order the stainless steel by pass nipple, shown in the photo, as it is not included in the price. Order by PART# 2570

Do not re-use the old clutch fan as this was one of the contributing overheating problems of the late year cars. Nissan created a replacement spacer block, no longer available, to allow the fan to turn continuously.
NOTE: This pump will work with either the Nissan spacer or our spacer. It will not work with the original fan clutch and why would you want it to anyway for the obvious reason of Nissan's discontinuance of a faulty design? Some individuals gut the original fan clutch unit and drive sheet metal screws into the hub as a means of centering the assembly to fasten to the fan blades. We warn you against this kind of bubblegum repair that could cause water pump bearing failure or catastrophic failure of the fan and clutch assembly.

67 1/2 2000 LOWER RADIATOR HOSE. Same quality as our 2176 hose that we have been selling for 9 years. We will replace for free if it ever fails! Yes, we know, there are 68 - 70 style hoses being sold by vendors as 67 1/2 2000 replacements... wrong! Our hose is an exact replica in shape
Great hose with internal cloth webbing sandwiched inside and protected inside of the rubber like the later Nissan hose that is pictured in the 1st PHOTO.
The hose does not have the outer cloth covering like the hoses that came with the cars, Nice stuff I like original too.
Nissan eventually discontinued sale of those hoses because of the problematic issue with the cloths exposure to fluids, the cloth webbing drying out, becoming crunchy within the length of the hose, eventually bulging and bursting under pressure.
Nissan chose not to renew the contract for the cloth covered hoses as manufactured in favor of the newer technology, more expensive to make and quite frankly better quality hoses, like the one here and all subsequent hoses they had made for all their manufactured vehicles both domestic and for international use. If after all this you still want the external braiding? Jim Tyler has them and he says "there is nothing finer". In the mean time we will blow these out of the inventory.

Our line is made by an aerospace firm here in Los Angeles. Compare our line to the factory line in the photo. No extra fittings/coupling, leak points to adapt one stock part to another.

Compare this spring to ones being sold for $235.00. Material shortages are not effecting the price of our springs as they are made by engineers at Duer Carolina Coil in South Carolina.
Your car will sit at the same height as the MY / JT spring and has the same rate. I guess you could call this a Mike Young replica spring as customers have remarked, but this spring stands on its own.
Excellent ride, stability and comfort. Perfect height/stiffness compromise. Firm ride, but not harsh.

This spring is not the Super Comp 2113 spring. This spring lowers the car 1.250.

Springs rates were tested on a US made calibrated Larson Flash 36 load tester rated with a 5,000lb cell which cost $90,000. Not tested on a $1,000.00 Summit Nascar cage less spring tester used by those parsimonious vendors working out of their garages. Wire hardness tested on a US made Newage calibrated Brinell hardness tester 7000

EXPANATION OF PHOTOGRAPHS: Measurements were taken at 90 degrees through the centerline of the wheel. Depending on how and what roads you drive on you may wish to modify the bumps stops for clearance up to 1 inch. Other harmonic balancers simply don't compare as they have NO SFI certification
Precision balanced. Good to at least 9k - fully suitable and approved for racing unlike economy versions sold by others! Economy dampers are NOT SFI certified for racing, never was and never will be. There is nothing in their design to keep them from eventually coming apart and history has proven this.
This is the best damper made, but always the best from Datsunparts!

This is not a budget part! Anyone can spin a harmonic balancer up to 9,000 RPM on an electric motor and say it won't come apart. That is not the same as what is experienced by this part on a combustion engine.

Dampers are made from billet steel and are NOT cast.

SFI approved and certified for racing and street.
This balancer will not come apart like a regular stock or an aftermarket one, henceforth why ours has an SFI certificate.

Dampers offer the most precise and advanced execution of the proven elastomer-style harmonic damper (also referred to as Torsional Vibration Damper, or Harmonic Balancer) design.
Most engine designers prefer elastomer-type dampers because of their durability, superior high-frequency damping qualities, and ability to dampen all types of vibrations: torsional, axial and radial. Other damper designs are limited to damping torsional vibrations only.
S.F.I. 18.1 approved dampers are typically lighter than the O.E.M. units they replace and also lighter than many competitive aftermarket dampers.
